Just look at those legs:
Nice day out for ther vegetables:
There's onions, peas, lettuce, fennel, leeks and coriander... and (watch out Tany) celeriac!
And who says a row of newly planted potatoes doesn't look pretty?
And here's big news. The blueberries have survived the winter!
Yesterday we found two toads in a bag of compost that had been left on the plot - it was partially used so open at the top and laying on its side. The toads must have hibernated in there and had a rude awakening.
ReplyDeleteWouldn,t want to arm wrestle that particular Mr Toad he looks ready for the clean & jerk. Ah this post reminds me of a joke, very clean mind.

A great day for being out on the plot Mal!
ReplyDeleteI haven't even thought about celeriac yet...I am behind with a few things so I will have to get some seed this week....I'm ready for the comp. though Mal...my blueberries survived the winter too!!!
